About me

I am a simple person (57) who loves recipe books, crocheting, keeping in contact with family and friends, animals(except mice and snakes), working on plastic canvas and just life in general. I stay busy but take the time when i have the time to check my computer emails. I love recipe web sites and have gotten many interesting recipes off of those sites. I love to eat Mexican, Chinese, and normal everyday food. I like fish but not sea food.

About my cooking

I love to try new things but since i am by myself, many of the recipes that i would like to try are for bigger portions. I do occasionaly try something new and usually try to break it in half so i won't have so much. I love to cook especially baking. I just recently got my oven back to working because i didn't have the money to get it fixed for a little over a year. I love it. Right now, i am not baking to much. Haven't had the time. I really like to experiment with new ideas. .
